SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

For orders within Hungary, you can choose from the following shipping options:

• Home Delivery (Foxpost/MPL): 2-4 business days
• Parcel Point Pickup: 2-4 business days

Delivery time is calculated in business days from order confirmation. For pre-ordered or custom items, the expected delivery time is indicated on the product page.

Shipping Costs

• Parcel Point: 899 HUF
• Home Delivery: 1890 HUF
• Cash on Delivery: 1000 HUF

International Shipping

We currently ship to European Union countries. Delivery time is 5-10 business days, with shipping costs starting from 3,500 HUF depending on the destination. Customs fees and taxes may apply according to the regulations of the destination country.

Order Tracking

We automatically send a tracking number via email for every order, allowing you to track your package in real time.

Damaged or Incomplete Package

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately at saltoneroshop@gmail.com with photos. We will investigate and resolve the complaint within 48 hours.
