How does my new customer account work?

We have simplified the login process in the Saltonero online store to make shopping even more convenient. The new system does not require a password – every login is secure and fast.

How can I log in?

Go to My Account in the webshop menu
Enter the email address you used to purchase.
You will receive a one-time login link to your email address.
Click on the link – and you're already logged in!

Why is this system more secure?

One-time login links are valid for a short period of time and can only be used once, so no one else can access your account. You don't have to remember passwords or worry about them being stolen.

What can I see in my account?

Your previous orders and their status
Your shipping addresses
Order tracking
Saved payment methods (optional)

What if I don't receive a login email?

Check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, try requesting the login link again or contact us .

Can I use the Shop app?

Yes! If you download the Shop app , you can log in even faster and track your orders with just one click.
