Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and delivery usually takes 3-5 business days within Hungary.
Is shipping free?

Do you also ship abroad?
Yes, we also ship to European Union countries. Shipping costs and times vary by country.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and other online payment methods through Shopify Payments.

Can I get an invoice?
Of course! We automatically issue an invoice for every order, which you will receive by email.

How do I choose the right size?

What should I do if I'm between sizes?
We recommend choosing a larger size for a more comfortable fit. Our products are made of elastic material, ensuring maximum freedom of movement.
What material are the products made of?
We use premium quality, breathable and stretchy fabrics that are specifically designed for riding. You can find the exact material composition in each product description.
Can riding breeches be washed in a washing machine?
Yes, our products are machine washable at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Detailed care instructions are included with each product.
How do I care for clothing?
We recommend washing at 30°C, do not use fabric softener and avoid tumble drying. This way, your clothing will retain its quality and shape for many years.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return it if the size is not right?
Yes, you can return the product within 14 days if it does not meet your expectations. The product must be unopened and in its original condition.
How can I exchange it for another size?
Contact us by email ( saltoneroshop@gmail.com ) and we will help you arrange the exchange. We will arrange the exchange quickly and easily.
Who pays for the return shipping costs?
In the case of a size exchange, we will cover the return shipping costs. In other cases, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Yes, our equestrian clothing is of professional quality and is suitable for both competitions and everyday training.
Is there a warranty on the products?
We offer a manufacturer's warranty on all our products. In the event of a material or manufacturing defect, we will of course replace or refund the purchase price.
